Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to submitted photos, prompts, reference media, generated videos, and use of HotelLobby AI. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Use only material and likenesses you are authorized to submit, animate, and share.

Prohibited content and conduct

Do not submit, request, generate, or distribute:

• NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, or sexualized content, including non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Any sexual content involving minors, or imagery that sexualizes someone who is or appears to be a minor.
• Graphic violence, threats, instructions for violent wrongdoing, or encouragement of self-harm.
• Hate, targeted harassment, abusive humiliation, or content that facilitates harm against an individual or group.
• Deceptive impersonation, fraud, fabricated endorsements, or videos presented as authentic recordings of someone doing or saying something they did not do or say.
• Content that violates privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights, including likenesses submitted without the person's permission.
• Attempts to evade moderation, access another user's private media, or misuse the service for illegal purposes.

Permission from a person or a rights holder does not override these content restrictions. Do not use generated videos to mislead viewers about their synthetic nature or imply endorsement by depicted people or third-party brands.

Moderation and enforcement

Generation inputs and outputs must pass the enabled server-side moderation checks. Where Creem prompt screening is enabled, user-entered text must receive an allow decision before generation; flagged or denied prompts do not proceed. An incomplete check or service failure does not authorize generation or publication. Media checks use sampled video frames and do not establish that every frame, audio track, or subtitle has been reviewed. Automated checks cannot guarantee that all prohibited material will be detected.

We may block a request, withhold an output, restrict access, or investigate suspected abuse. Input blocks do not consume generation credits. If a charged generation fails or its output is blocked, deducted generation credits are reversed through our task accounting; this is separate from a cash refund. Do not attempt to retrieve a withheld output through a provider URL or another account.

Reports and review

Report suspected misuse or request review through your account's support page or support@hotellobbyai.run. Include the relevant task identifier and a concise explanation. Do not include passwords or unnecessary sensitive information. A review request does not automatically release an output or authorize prohibited content.
