HotelLobby AI at hotellobbyai.run lets you submit two photos to create a video. This page describes the implemented data flow. Generation is available only when the operator has configured the video service.

Photos and video generation

Selecting a photo creates a preview in your browser. Photos are not submitted when you select, swap, or remove them. Once you confirm permission and start generation, the two images pass through our server to fal for Kling video processing. We do not save these input images in our application database or publish them in a gallery.

The generation provider receives the images and source video to perform the request. Its processing and retention are governed by its terms and privacy policy. We do not promise immediate deletion by the provider. Do not submit images that you are not permitted to send to this service.

Accounts and records

We store account information, session records, generation task status, output video links, and credit transactions to provide sign-in, your video history, and usage accounting. Output files are hosted by the generation provider; a video link may be accessible to anyone who has that link. Your account history is access controlled. Download results you want to keep because provider links may expire.

Cookies and optional services

Cookies support authentication and your language preference. Analytics and payment integrations are inactive until configured by the operator. When enabled, payment details are handled by the selected payment provider rather than stored as full card numbers by this application.

Access and support

You can update profile information in account settings. Use the support ticket page in your account for questions about your data or requests to remove account and generation records. Removing a browser preview does not remove records of an already submitted generation request.
